This was a great find when we were looking for a place to service our 20 year old Kirby vacuum cleaners. They do an assessment and quote you for the repairs if needed. Great, friendly customer service who can answer any and all questions. We moved here from Cincinnati Ohio 7 years ago and struggled to find a place like we were used to back home. Very nice family owned business and the owner is usually the one working at the shop. My wife owns a nice sewing machine and this place sells and services those as well. I highly recommend these folks!

Larry is the best. Super friendly and hung around for an hour answering all my questions. Support your local retailer and don't buy from a big box store. I'd rather have a relationship with a dealer that can service the product for me!

I would be lost without this repair shop. There is not a sewing machine that they cannot fix. Also, I bought my vacuum from them years ago and after 15 years it still is running strong. Plus they sell parts and supplies for the machines as well as carrying a nice assortment of thread.

I was in need of a tune up for my mother's 1988 Singer sewing machine and I wanted to see where I could get the work done. When I called Larry was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful and let me know the time it takes to complete repairs and how much it would cost. I then dropped my machine off and they did a wonderful job on the machine. They do only take Cash for repair but they advise it in advance. I will definitely be back for future repairs and would highly recommend for all vacuum and sewing machine
